We provide technical support so you can focus on
what you do best. We understand than most people
want to enjoy the benefits of Information
Technologies, without necessarily becoming
experts in what makes them work.
Upgrades:
Applications for PCs continue to expand at a
phenomenal pace. We do things with our PC today
that weren't even thought of a few years ago. We
often want to upgrade our PC to handle the new
applications, games, or uses.
We're here to help. We will advise you on what
is possible; and counsel what is reasonable.
Does it make more sense to upgrade or to buy
new? What are the benefits? What are the
limitations? What are the risks? What is the
best solution? There is nothing worse than
spending a lot of money on an upgrade only to
have the PC die a short time later from some
other malady.
We can help you use what you already have;
update what you have; help you select what you
want and need; or we can build a system or
network that helps you achieve your desires.
Repairs:
We specialize in hardware and software repairs.
Often hardware stops working because of software
or driver problems. Sometimes software doesn't
work because of hardware problems. We can
quickly find, and repair, the real cause, to get
you back in proper operation without delay.
On your site:
We can come to your home or office to
troubleshoot or repair your PC or Network.
In our shop:
Frequently we can save you money by doing the
work in our shop. Many repairs involve
unattended operations that can be quite time
consuming. This is time we can be working on
another repair if we are in our shop. This
enables us to charge you only for the time we
actually attend to your PC; resulting in
significant savings to you.
Pick-up and delivery:
Does your busy schedule make it difficult to
bring the PC to our shop for repair? For a
nominal charge, we'll pickup and deliver for
your convenience.
Virus removal and PC restoration:
Unfortunately viruses are a part of the wired
world today. No one is exempt from exposure. An
updated anti-virus software package is essential
to protect your data. If your PC gets infected,
we can help restore its proper operation. In may
cases we can even recover your data. (Make it a
habit to regularly back-up your important
documents, picture, music files, etc.)
Network Support:
Our specialty is supporting small office
operations and home networks. Many professions,
businesses, and institutions rely on multiple
workstations (and sometimes multiple locations)
to contribute to getting the work done
efficiently. Many businesses use networks but
don't have dedicated Information Technology
groups to support them. We can provide that
support on an "as needed" basis.
We can maintain, restore, expand, or improve
your existing system; or help you implement a
cost-effective, new, network.
Networks enable sharing of resources, such as
data files, printers, scanners, or other
specialty equipment.
Wired or Wireless?
When it comes to flexibility, a wireless network
can empower you to move throughout your home or
work area, unrestrained by the need to be
hard-wired to your network. Wireless also
enables networking without installing cables in
walls or ceilings, maximizing flexibility and
convenience. We can help you select the most
cost-effective solution to your requirements. We
can provide the hardware, software,
installation, configuration, and on-going
support, or any portion thereof.
